Strength & Recovery: Calisthenics Class for Moms

Join us for an energizing afternoon at Calisthenic Club, where you'll discover how to use your own body weight to build strength, improve mobility, and engage multiple muscle groups at once. Learn the fundamentals of pushing, pulling, core stability, balance, and body control while trying beginner-friendly exercises on bars, gymnastics rings, and parallel bars. Whether your goal is to achieve your first push-up or pull-up, or simply explore a new way to move your body, this experience is designed for all fitness levels. No prior experience needed.
Prefer a more restorative experience? Registrants may also choose to enjoy Hot & Ice Therapy, which alternates between warm and cold treatments to promote recovery, relaxation, and overall well-being. If participating in Hot & Ice Therapy, please bring your own swimsuit and slippers.
Come connect with other moms, challenge yourself, and invest in your health.
After the class, stay for a relaxed happy hour with fellow moms. Enjoy light snacks and beverages while connecting with other women in the community, sharing stories, making new friends, and building your village. It's the perfect opportunity to recharge both your body and your social battery.
