Our magnetic fasteners are securely enclosed within safety pouches that are meticulously sewn into each garment, keeping the magnets safely out of reach of infants. The closures are stitched between multiple layers of fabric, making it highly unlikely for the magnets to become exposed during normal use.

However, if the garment becomes damaged, torn, or ripped and a magnet is exposed, discontinue use of the product immediately and keep it away from children.

For added peace of mind, we recommend periodically inspecting the garment to ensure the fabric remains intact and the magnetic closures remain fully covered.

Items may be eligible for return or exchange within 30-days of purchase.

Returns are subject to an $8 handling fee. This fee covers the cost of the return label along with the handling materials and repackaging costs.

An item may be returned if it is sent back:

• unworn

• unwashed

• with original tags and packaging intact

• free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage

Items cannot be returned after this 30-day timeframe.

Your refund will be processed to the original form of payment within 7 business days of the returned item reaching our warehouse. If you choose to receive a gift card for your return, that gift card will be issued by email within 7 business days of delivery.

Your exchange will be processed once your return package has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.

Exchange items must be mailed back within 30 days of submitting your exchange request. If not received, your request will be cancelled. Exchanges are based on inventory. If we sell out of the requested item before being able to fulfill your exchange, you will receive a notification and will be refunded for the original item once your package arrives at our warehouse.
